These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website lottery-checker.co.uk
(the “Service”), operated under the name “Lottery-Checker” (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
The Service is an independent information and planning tool designed to help users organise and track lottery number combinations for games such as EuroMillions, Set For Life, Lotto and Thunderball.
We do not:
Marking or saving a combination in the Service does not purchase a ticket and does not enter you into any lottery draw. You must use official channels to buy tickets and you must rely on official rules and results.
The Service includes a shared planning feature: when a user marks a combination as “used”, that “used” state may be visible to other users for the relevant game until the next scheduled wipe. Do not use the Service to store sensitive personal information.
We are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or authorised by The National Lottery, Allwyn, or any other lottery operator. Names such as “EuroMillions”, “Set For Life”, “Lotto” and “Thunderball” are used only to identify the supported games. All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
The Service is intended for users aged 18+ only. By using the Service, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in relevant lotteries in your jurisdiction.
Please play responsibly. If you need support, visit BeGambleAware.
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not resell the Service, or offer it as part of a commercial product or service, without our prior written permission.
You agree not to:
To protect performance and fairness, we may apply reasonable rate limits, block abusive traffic, or restrict access (temporarily or permanently) where we detect misuse.
Any information shown in the Service (including generated combinations, list displays, or timing information) is provided on an unofficial basis for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, official results and official rules from the lottery operator prevail.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be accurate, complete, or error-free, although we aim to fix issues when discovered.
Some features may rely on third-party services (for example, random.org when “true random” is enabled). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.
In addition, if you consent via our cookie banner, we may load Google Ads tags to measure conversions (for example, a page-view conversion event). If you reject, we do not load those tags. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be suspended, restricted, or modified without notice for maintenance, security, technical reasons, or feature improvements.
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where a change is material, we will try to provide reasonable notice (for example by updating these Terms or displaying a notice on the site).
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations, whether express or implied, including (without limitation) implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
You are solely responsible for decisions you make about purchasing tickets, selecting numbers, and checking results. We are not responsible for missed entries, lost opportunities to win, or any financial loss arising from your gambling decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for:
arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
The software, design, and content of the Service (excluding third-party trademarks and your own number selections) are protected by intellectual property rights and remain our property (or that of our licensors). You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add features or to reflect changes in law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were most recently revised.
If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
